From there, we’ll move into a 45-minute yoga flow designed specifically for your body and energy. Surrounded by the elements, you’ll feel the immediate impact of movement, breath, and presence in a setting that inspires grounding and renewal. This well-rounded session leaves you not only relaxed and reconnected, but also inspired and prepared to step into the best version of yourself.

My Approach: Intuitive Nutrition
At the heart of my work is intuitive nutrition. This isn’t about rules or restriction, it’s about learning how to nourish your body with the foods that truly support you, and understanding why those choices matter. Together, we’ll uncover which foods fuel your energy, digestion, and mood, while building a library of recipes and practices you can return to again and again.
But knowledge alone isn’t enough, that’s where intuition comes in. Through mindfulness practices you’ll learn how to listen to your body’s cues, recognize what it’s asking for, and trust yourself to respond with care. My intention is to give you both the guidance and the inner awareness you need to feel successful, confident, and connected on your wellness journey.

These personalized practices begin with stillness, a short meditation to help you check in with yourself before moving into a flow designed just for your body. Every posture is chosen to meet you where you are, helping you release tension, build strength, and reconnect with your breath. More than movement, this is a practice in listening inward, the same skill that supports intuitive nutrition and the way you care for yourself off the mat.
